Definite CIDP

• Clinical criteria 1 (a or b) and 2 with electrodiagnostic criterion 1; or
• Probable CIDP + at least one supportive criterion; or
• Possible CIDP + at least two

Probable CIDP

• Clinical criteria 1 (a or b) and 2 with electrodiagnostic criterion 2; or
• Possible CIDP + at least one supportive criterion

Possible CIDP

• Clinical criteria 1 (a or b) and 2 with electrodiagnostic criterion 3 CIDP (definite, probable, possible) associated with concomitant diseases
